In 2005, at the age of 61, Susan Sommers completed her first Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. In 2007, she finished a second Marathon. Susan inspires her audiences to identify a new opportunity or challenge; make a long-term commitment; set short-term and long-term goals; create new habits; design a written Action Plan; stay focused; and celebrate your successes. She is currently training for the New York Marathon in 2009.
